The Restaurant

The restaurant is located in the heart of the Lleida countryside and features a spacious dining room.
We also offer private rooms of various sizes, ideal for enjoying complete privacy during business meetings or special celebrations.
If you prefer, we have two terraces: one for summer and another that is climate-controlled year-round, where you can enjoy our cuisine even more, surrounded by the natural surroundings.

The Ingredient

Product quality is Carballeira’s hallmark. Fish and seafood arrive daily from the ports of Galicia and Tarragona. Our meats and locally sourced vegetables and fruits, come straight from the farm to the table.

We are committed to select the very best the market has to offer, working only with suppliers who understand our high standards and guarantee traceability, freshness and consistent quality in terms of size, weight and origin.

Our cuisine has the very best the sea has to offer. Ranked among the top seven seafood restaurants in Spain, our culinary team is dedicated to delivering the finest ingredients, cooked with passion and presented in a way that turns every meal into a true pleasure.

Led by Angel Rodriguez, with the next generation secured in the hands of our chef Hector Rodriguez, Carballeira is guided by two generations of a family of chefs. With extensive training in prestigious establishments, alongside great masters and with a fair number of awards, they bring creativity and professionalism to the cuisine, supported by a dedicated team both in the kitchen and the dining room.
